Homes for Rent
Make yourself at home in one of the homes we have available for rent. We only work with quality properties and give you quality service so you can have peace of mind. When you rent property from us, you can rest assured that you are getting a clean property that will be well maintained.
Signing the Lease
We make the process of finding your next home simple. First, we would like to gather some important information from you to see what price of property you qualify for. We will need to gather the following documents:
- Copy of last years W2 or tax returns if self employed.
- Most recent 2 paycheck stubs showing year to date info.
- Bank statement showing savings and checking amounts
- A completed application for each adult applicant.
- There is an application fee of $30 per married couple or each single adult.
- If there are any credit issues, a letter of explanation is recommended so we understand the circumstances that surround the credit issues.
Once we have all these items, we can go look at available properties and submit your application package for approval on the properties you like. We may need to apply for more than one property before one is accepted. Once your application is accepted, we will sign the lease together. Then you get the keys and move in.
